Usually the execution time is 7-10 days. In exceptional cases, like Winter Holidays, it could take longer. Order your gift early to avoid any delays.
There is also the emergency order option. For an additional $19 fee we will draw your picture within 3 days. Please note that emergency option is not always available, it depends on the volume of orders we have received.
After submitting your order we will reach out to you within 24-48 hours for confirmation and to determine the execution time. For start you will receive a black & white sketch in the shortest time to check with you if the drawing is as expected, before producing the final picture. 

No payment is necessary yet when placing the order. The price will be calculated according to your specifications (number of characters, scene, execution time) and you will be able to see the total cost in real time.
We will require and send you an invoice for 50% of the total only after we provide you the initial black & white sketch and you approve of it. The remaining 50% will be requested after the final color drawing is ready.
Payment invoices will be sent via Email or WhatsApp and you can pay off with any credit card.

Our caricatures are realized entirely on the computer, drawn on a graphic tablet. Do not mistake our process with digital apps that only modify the photos or add filters. Our artworks are drawn by hand and require lots of execution time, just like a piece made in a traditional way. The big difference and advantage is the easiness to retouch/modify/add anything to the picture at any stage. Also, some fine details and vivid colors are almost impossible to render with a real brush/crayons.

Subsequently you can print the drawing on canvas, metal, acrylic, pillow case, mug etc.

Yes. For start, based on your description and photos we will provide you a black & white sketch to give you an idea on how the drawing will look like. You check and give us your feedback. In this stage the modifications are the easiest to make. After the final drawing is done, if there are any mistakes committed by us we will make any changes for free. However if you changed your mind about something and need changes that were not specified initially, these will be made for a surcharge depending on the time needed and the cost will be set in agreement with you.

If the scene is not very complex and does not contain many elements, adding a pet will be free of charge.
The exact cost will be set after we examine your photos and description.

The photos should be uploaded in the Order Form, at least one is mandatory. Upload the files from your phone/PC, fill all the required fields with your information and press Send.
The facial features of the person/s that will be in the caricature should be clearly visible, face is not covered, without shades (except the case you want them to appear with shades in the illustration). Resolution must be decent. Ideally a smiling photo will work best.

We will make changes until you are happy with the caricature, the last option is to cancel the order and you will be refunded in the case you already paid the advance fee.
